NOTICE OF RELIEF AND SUSPENSION OF STATE CHAIRMEN

Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Trustees and the decision taken during the 3 consecutive days meeting of Board of Trustees, National Executive Council, Regional Chairmen and State Chairmen of the Society for the Welfare of Unemployed Youths of Nigeria (SWUYN) held at a designated online platform on 13th, 14th and 15th of March, 2025, the following State Chairmen have been relieved of their duties and suspended indefinitely due to inactivity, misconduct, and negligence of office:

1. Umeh Okechukwu Paul (Abia State)
2. Suleiman Mande Aminu (Kastina State)
3. Akintunde Ewesheye (Lagos State)
4. Awor Chinedu Gift (Rivers State)
5. Valentine Nwabueze Chisom (Enugu State)
6. Jeff Okoye (Anambra State Chapter)
7. Oluwabukola Olatunji (Oyo State Chapter)
8. Salmanu Nasiru Korijo (Taraba State Chapter)
9. Sunday Joseph (Gombe State Chapter)
10. Owei Ebitibi Maicon (Ondo State Chapter)
11. David Batholomew (Nasarawa State Chapter Chairman)

Also, all inactive excos members stand suspended alongside, in all State Chapters. These individuals are required to surrender all SWUYN materials, properties and merchandise in their possession and are hereby removed from all SWUYN platforms.

The general public is advised to refrain from engaging in any SWUYN-related activities with these individuals.

State Deputy Chairmen are to assume leadership with immediate effect, ensuring restructuring, removal, and replacement of inactive members and vacant offices in all State Chapters. Replacement nominations should be forwarded to the National Executive Council (NEC) for approval.

Additionally, please note that National and Regional Excos members who are not fulfilling their duties are being closely monitored and will face suspension in due time.
