SWUYN 10th Anniversary & National Unemployed Youths Day 2026

As part of the SWUYN 10th Anniversary and National Unemployed Youths Day, the Society for the Welfare of Unemployed Youths of Nigeria (SWUYN) is providing free, hands-on skills training aimed at equipping unemployed youths with practical, income-generating skills.

Participants must register online and select one skill track. Each participant will be assigned to a breakout training session based on their selected skill.

Deadline: Friday, 28th February 2026
Time: 11:59 PM (WAT)

Skills Training Day: March 11th, 2026

Venue: Warri, Delta State

Available Skill Tracks

Beads & Accessories Making
Learn creative bead design and how to turn it into a profitable business.
Soap & Cosmetics Making
Hands-on training on production, safety, packaging and small-scale sales.
Makeup Artistry
Learn professional makeup techniques, tools, and client handling.
Photography Basics
Learn camera use, lighting, composition, and basic editing.
Graphic Design (Digital Creativity)
Learn design fundamentals, branding and creative tools for freelancing.

Important Notes

  • Participation is strictly by registration.
  • Each participant must select only one skill.
  • Training slots are limited (first come, first served).
  • Members who paid dues via SWUYN payment page and upload proof receive priority.
  • Successful applicants will receive confirmation before the event.
