_Mandate:_

The SWUYN Think Tank/Brainstorming Committee is tasked with generating innovative ideas, analyzing complex issues, and developing strategic solutions to drive the organization’s growth, impact, and sustainability.

– Provide a platform for creative thinking, idea generation, and problem-solving.

– Analyze trends, challenges, and opportunities affecting SWUYN and its stakeholders.

– Develop and propose innovative solutions, policies, and initiatives to address emerging issues.

– Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among committee members and other stakeholders.

– Evaluate and refine existing strategies, programs, and services to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
