SHORT-TERM (2025-2026)

  1. Establish 5 vocational training centers in Nigeria.
  2. Train 2,000 youths in ICT, entrepreneurship, and agriculture.
  3. Secure employment for 500 youths.
  4. Establish partnerships with 10 organizations.
  5. Develop a robust mentorship program.

MEDIUM-TERM (2027-2028)

  1. Expand training centers to 10 locations.
  2. Train 5,000 youths.
  3. Secure employment for 1,500 youths.
  4. Establish a entrepreneurship fund.
  5. Develop a national advocacy strategy.

LONG-TERM (2029)

  1. Establish a national network of training centers.
  2. Train 10,000 youths.
  3. Secure employment for 3,000 youths.
  4. Establish a sustainable funding model.
  5. Achieve national recognition as a leading youth empowerment organization.

STRATEGIC INITIATIVES:

  1. Skills Training: Develop and implement vocational training programs.
  2. Mentorship: Establish a mentorship program pairing youths with experienced professionals.
  3. Job Placement: Develop partnerships with employers to secure job placements.
  4. Advocacy: Advocate for youth-friendly policies and programs.
